What options do I have while making payment?

We accept payments by:

  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Wallet Payments
  • Net Banking
  • You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (C-O-D) - To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD. Incase your pin code is not serviceable COD wont be applicable.

    You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order. No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method

    What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

    Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

    Yes, of course! All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection

    Do you accept payment in multiple currencies?

    No, currently we don't.

    Do you accept payment through cheque/demand draft?

    No, currently we don't.

    Do I have to pay shipping charges?

    For Standard Prepaid shipping there are no charges.

    For Standard COD shipping there is a Rs. 100 flat fee per order

    For Priority Prepaid Shipping there is a Rs. 350 flat fee per order.

    What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

    Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

    By when will I receive the ordered products?

    Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse, delivery times vary based on location. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive emails once your order has been dispatched. You can check the estimated time based on your location in our Shipping and Returns Policy.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    We will provide you tracking details through which you will be able to track your parcel.

    How do I know if my order is confirmed?

    You get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully, after checking out the payment process. Then you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.

    What happens if an item ordered is out of stock/you are unable to fulfill my order?

    Out of Stock

    If you’re interested in purchasing an item that is out of stock please get in touch with us at info@fancyfluff.com and we will update you the minute we update the stock of those items.

    Unable to fulfill order

    If we are unable to fulfill an order after you have placed it, our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.

    Do you gift wrap?

    Yes, we do. You can select the gift wrap option at checkout and also enter a message for the recipient.
