All our goods are checked thoroughly before dispatch. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless:

 To be eligible for an exchange, returns or refund:

  • You must apply within 7 days of receipt.
  • Your item must be unused and the labels as well as packaging intact.
  • Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. Acceptance of a tampered seal or a damaged box will automatically disqualify you from any replacement claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product, or missing accessories.

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if the return request is made outside the specified time frame.

Please note, incase of selecting an item of a lower value than the order value, Fancy Fluff will not adjust or payback the difference. 

You received a wrong /defective product :

In this case, once we approve your request, Fancy Fluff will bear the pick up of the order back to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the order intact at our end, we will ship the requested product.

In this case, once we approve your request, Fancy Fluff will bear the pick up of the order back to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the order intact at our end, you can select between a Store credit or Bank transfer of the order value.

Please note that Cash On Delivery charges will be deducted in case the buyer opted for COD payment method at the time of buying the product. Hence the buyer will receive a credit note of the Total amount paid less COD charges.

CANCELLATION

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.
