All our goods are checked thoroughly before dispatch. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the conditions below are met:
Important Requirement – Unboxing Video

To be eligible for any returns, exchanges, or refunds, you must provide an unboxing video of the unopened package at the time of delivery.

Packages accepted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for any replacement, exchange, or refund claims.
Eligibility for Exchange, Return, or Refund

Apply within 7 days of receipt.

Your item must be unused and the labels and packaging intact.

Do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. Acceptance of a tampered seal or damaged box will automatically disqualify you from any replacement claims for:

Physically damaged/defective products

Incorrect product

Missing accessories

Requests made outside the specified timeframe will not be accepted.
Exchanges
1. Exchange for a different size:

Customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.

Upon receipt of the item in intact condition, we will ship the requested size.

Refund will not be provided for size exchanges.
2. Exchange for a different design or product:

Customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.

Upon receipt and approval, we will ship the requested design or product.

Note: If the selected item is of lower value than the original order, Fancy Fluff will not adjust or pay back the difference.

Refund will not be provided for design/product exchanges.
3. Wrong or defective product received:

Once approved, Fancy Fluff will bear the pickup cost to return the product to our warehouse.

Upon receipt in intact condition, we will ship the correct product.

Reverse pickup will be attempted once or twice; if unsuccessful, the customer must return the product at their own cost.
Returns:
You can apply for a return if you received a product with a manufacturing defect:

Once approved, Fancy Fluff will bear the pickup cost to return the product to our warehouse.

Upon receipt and verification, you may choose between:

Store Credit (valid for 3 months)

Bank Transfer Refund

Refunds are only issued if the product received from Fancy Fluff is defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Exchanges for size or design do not qualify for a refund.

Cash On Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable. Buyers will receive a credit note for the total amount paid less COD charges.

Returns should be shipped only after approval from our team.

CANCELLATION

The full order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location.
