All our goods are checked thoroughly before dispatch. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless:
If you have received an incomplete/wrong order
If the product has a manufacturing defect. (i.e torn,stains, stitched incorrectly)
Incase of an incomplete/wrong order sent by us we will replace the order with the correct products.
Incase of a manufacturing defect we can either offer a replacement product or a refund.
To be eligible for a replacement/return:
Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your product to email@example.com . Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you.
Please note that Cash On Delivery charges will not be refunded back in case the buyer opted for COD payment method at the time of buying the product. Hence the buyer will be refunded Total amount paid less COD charges.

Replacements/returns are to be shipped at the expense of the buyer.
On receipt of the product in original condition, we will refund the full amount back to your account in 15 to 25 working days.
Any items purchased during a flash sale cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.
